Tudor® Guarantee
Tudor provides a range of quality envelopes and stationery products. If under normal use, your Tudor product shows a manufacturing fault, under the Tudor Guarantee we will replace your product. Where the same product is not available for replacement, we will endeavor to provide a Tudor product of comparable function.
Conditions for the Tudor Guarantee
The Tudor guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused or altered. The Tudor Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by use.
General Legal Rights
This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. It does not affect your rights as a consumer under the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act or state and territory legislation.
